Terms and Conditions
Bom Bax Travels and Tours is an incorporated company under the laws of Myanmar government. We accept your booking under the following terms and conditions.
1.Booking, Payment and Acceptance
1.1.Upon booking, a non-refundable down-payment (minimum 30% of the total cost) will be charged. As soon as we have received your down-payment, we will start planning your tour. We will only operate the tour when we have received your payment in full ultimately 14 days prior to the departure date. All tours are subject to availability.Bookings made via Bom Bax Travels and Tours own websites are considered as made with us directly. All payment must be made to the following bank account:

1.2. In the total quotation, a per person deposit is included. When you make the full payment, we will deduct the deposit charge from the total quotation.We accept major credit cards, personal checks, and bank transfers. When you choose to pay by credit card, you will be charged in US Dollar (US$). We’re not responsible for any extra financial charges related to making a payment
1.3. We will send you the formal confirmation letter after we have received your payment or deposit. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of your booking and travel dates.
2.1. Looking to cancel a booking? Please sent a written confirmation request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The date on which we receive your cancellation request is taken as the cancellation date. Based on the cancellation date and the departure date, cancellation charges apply.

2.2. Once the tour has started, no refund will be made under any circumstances for any unused sectors or sections.
2.3. If the reason for cancellation is covered by your insurance policy, you may be able to make a claim under that policy. Please make a claim with your insurance company directly.
2.4. If you wish to change to an alternative departure date, this must be done with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. One change of date is allowed free of charge. Any subsequent changes will be subject to a US$ 50 administration fee.
3. Travel requirements
3.1. A photo ID is required for all travel, both domestic and international. Passports are generally required for international travel. You will not be permitted to depart without necessary documentation. There may be additional requirements for international travel, such as visas. Please check with the foreign affair departments of your country for more information related to visiting Myanmar.
3.2 Special travel documents are required for children traveling with or without their parents. Please check with the airline prior to departure
4.Travel health information
4.1.You are solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of countries visited or transited. For the current worldwide health information, please consult your family physician.
4.2. All travelers are required to provide a doctor’s certificate stating that they are fit to travel and their blood pressure and heart condition are normal.
Baggage allowance and baggage dimensions differ greatly among airlines. Excessive number, size, or weight of baggage may result in your inconvenience and surcharge. Please check with your airline prior to departure. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to baggage or any of your belongings. Baggage insurance is recommended.
The cost of your tours and adventures does not cover your insurance. We accept no responsibility for loss or personal damage to personal belongings or liability for personal injury or death. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Please make sure your travel insurance covers cancellation, medical expenses, personal accidents, personal baggage, money and public liability. You may also wish to indemnify Bom Bax Travel against all third party claims, actions, damages and remedies that may be brought against the Tibet International Travel in respect of your travel. Without appropriate travel insurance, Bom Bax Travel and Tours reserves the right to refuse admission as a passenger.
7.Complaints and claims
Should you feel unsatisfied with any service we have provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel adviser, as your feedback helps us improve our service. In the event of the complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform Bom Bax Travel and Tours by email or regular mail. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Bom Bax Travel and Tours will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 calendars days after the completion of your tour.

Under no circumstances can Bom Bax Travel and Tours be held responsible for any delays caused by untimely flights, general strikes, political unrest, new government regulations, weather or natural casualties or unpredictable environmental calamities, or anything else beyond our control. In such unfortunate cases, we shall provide suitable alternatives, which could be decided upon mutual agreement. If an agreement cannot be made, we shall be responsible only for refund after deducting expenses already incurred.
When you take our service for the group of more than 16 people, one person is complimentary. When you use our service for three time, we do some free service charges to our fourth time sales to you.
