Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival at Mandalay

You arrive at the Mandalay international airport around 12 pm .You are welcomed by our local Mandalay Guide and car at the airport with your name. After fetching all your languages, you are brought to Mandalay City .Airport is about 30 miles from Mandalay .Installation at hotel. Then visit the Golden Monastery “ Shwe Kyaung “ ,the only remaining part of Original Mandalay palace and King Mindon first golden teak wood place with rich decoration of sculpture , Pagoda Kutho Daw which is formerly buit by the King Mindon and encloses the holy Buddha Text incised on the 729 marble slabs .After that Visit the Mandalay Hill to enjoy the view over the city under the sun setting rays .Then you are brought back to hotel and over night at Hotel .

Day 2 – Mandalay –Minguin – Sagaing – Inn Wa – Amarapura

After your breakfast at the hotel , head to Mandalay famous Jade Market ,the biggest jade market in Myanmar and interesting to see Myanmar raw and modified precious stones and Jade trade between Myanmar and neighbor country China .Then , proceed to the Jetty to take local cruise to go up the River Ayeyarwaddy to visit Minguin Village .Streaming up the river by cruise for one hour fascinate you with the beauty of river side views and refresh you with fresh ,clean breeze.

At Minguin village , you visit by foot  three important monuments ,Phaho Daw Gyi Pagoda , the biggest unfinished pagoda buit by King Bo Daw Phaya in 1790 ,its Bell ,the second biggest belle in the World with 90 tons and Mya Thein Dan Pagoda ,the white charming pagoda dedicating to the Favorite Queen of King BoDaw Phaya.Come back to Mandalay by cruise to proceed to Sagaing Hill.

Lunch at  Sagaing hill is the center of Buddhist order with over 2000 pagodas on top of the hill with over 200 monasteries and nunneries .You can visit a nunnery to see way of life of a nun in Myanmar .Then proceed to Innwa .

Inn Wa is a small island and used to be the capital for 400 years .You across the river by local boat .Then take the local horse cart to visit Old monastery “Bagaya “ , the ruined palace .After the visit ,you go back to yoru car and head to Amarapura City meaning “ Immortel City “ .It was also capital and now is famous with its silk weaving .There you visit silk fabric weaver to know the most expensive and beautiful silk wares for Myanmar ceremonies .After that ,enjoy the sunset at the U Pain Bridge ,the longest teak brigde in Myanmar crossing the lake .Back to Mandalay .Over night at hotel.


Day - 3 Mandalay –Popa – Bagan

After Breakfast, you check out the hotel to head to  Bagan . On the way Stop at famous” Mahamuni Pagoda “and gold leave factory ,tapestery and quarter of marvel Buddha statues sculptors in Mandalay .On the way ,visit Mt Popa .

Popa is an extinct volcano in the plain of Myanmar with the almost 1500 meters elevation above the sea level. It is holy place and principle abode of Myanmar Spirits locally called ‘Nats “ , ancients regional guardians . They are actively worshipped by the society and Nats festivals  are ritually celebrated occasionally and annually in all parts of Myanmar

Driving time from Mandalay to Popa is 4 hours . Lunch on the way . When you arrive at Popa ,you can visit the Nats’shrine at the foot of the Mount Popa and if you are enough sportive ,you can ascend the Mount by taking 777 covered steps for one hour up and down .

After visit , head to Bagan. On the way , you stop at today palm sweet manufacturing farmer family .Todday palm tree is vital to the local population in that region not only to get sweeties but also to have raw material to build their houses .Moreover , they  make palm liquor and rice alcohol .Arrive at Bagan .Installation at hotel. Over  night at hotel.

Day 4 – Bagan

Bagan is the most beautiful archeological site in Myanmar with over 3000 temples .It was the capital of first Myanmar Dynasty and one of the biggest archeological site in Asia .Even though it is so famous with high rooted history and highly touristic city, it is actually a small country town with small number of population and less traffic than Yangon.

Start you visit with the market after breakfast Then visit holiest Shwezi Gone Pagoda with Buddha Tooth relic of 11 century. Then, lunch Break at local restaurant.

After lunch, visit the Lacquer ware local factory,other prominent pagodas in Bagan such as Htilomin lo Temple which is known for its beautiful stucco carving and smartest two floored temple  Architecture , Ananda temple which is the master piece in temple architecture , Dhammyan Gyi Temple ,the biggest temple in Bagan with the Pyramidal shape and a small Gyu Pyauk Gyi temple with ancient mural painting . Then ,you take a local horse cart ride among the temple to explore the beauty of sites dotted with temples in different sizes . Then you enjoy the sun set time on the sun set boat on the Ayerwadday river .There you can enjoy the beauty and cold breeze passing through the fresh river seeing setting sun behind the western mountain ranges  on the western bank of river and the landscape of  Bagan over the eastern horizon .After sun set , you are back to hotel and Over night at hotel.

Day 5- Bagan by E-Bike or By car

Bagan is a city with romantic architecture and authentic typical culture .With a small population and few urban features such as traffic Jam, air pollution .it is worth to take half day trip in E-Bike among the temples .It is optional and up to you whether to take E-Bike or to visit by car . Walk the plain in E- Bike in the archeological site being full with thousands of Pagodas in the morning .You just stop sometimes for the photo shoots. Back around 11 am to Hotel and take the car to continue to your visit in Bagan

Afternoon.visit the Minanthu Village and its environ .There you can see the true village life living on agriculture and ancients lake of over a thousand year ago still standing as Village vital water resource.Explore the Phaya Thone Su, Tha Yoke Pyay Temple and Lay Myat Hna temple .Then you can enjoy the sun set from smoem where from the site .That moment will touch your heart with the fabulous beauty of hidden, less crowded temples corner of Bagan .Back to hotel after sun set. Over night at hotel.

Day 6 – Bagan- Heho –Pindaya

After breakfast ,check out the hotel to head to Pindaya city in Shan State by morning flight .Flight time is 35 minutes .Your flight will land on the Heho airport ,and you are welcomed by the  head to Pindaya city by private car and local guide for one hour .

Pindaya is the one of the big city in Shan State .It is the capital of Danu Tribe who are one the minor tribe living in Shan State with their own culture and speak their own dialete .Linguistically ,theya are identified as Subgroup of Myanmar family .City is very beautiful with Lengentary lake called Bo Taloke .The way to Pindaya is hilly and covered with colorful plantations of crops .color of soil is originally red and when it is combined with the colorful crops such as golden color, red color of chillies, yellow and white colors of colza and Mustard make the land  a beautiful picture . On the way you can see the tea leave plantation and one of the main regions of green tea leaf and stop for the photos shoots and see the village Of Danu people.

Once arrive at Pindaya, have lunch at the Green tea restaurant by the lake The visit the traditional Umbrella factory .You will see the Giant Banyan three on the way .After that ,you

Once, you arrive at Pindaya , have lunch  at most famous green tea restaurant and then visit Shwe U Min Cave . Up to the legend, The Name of the Pindaya city comes from ‘Pinguya meaning ‘Prince Got the Spider .Legend says that Giant Spider   blocked the princesses in the cave to kill  and price arrived on time and saved the princess Now ,that cavee is called “Shwe U min ‘ and become the holiest place in the City with over 8000 Buddha statues . After pagoda visit, install at the hotel and over night at hotel.

Day 7 – Pindaya –Inle

After the Breakfast ,you check out the hotel .Then head to Inle lake by private car .Approximant driving time is one and half hour .

Inle Lake is the second biggest lake in Myanmar the biggest lake Inn daw gyi in Kachin State in the northern part of Myanmar. It is very well known not only to Myanmar but also to the world as the lake with unique way of life living on the water. People called Inthas have settled in the villages built on the long stilts since many centuries years ago living on the flotting agriculture on the man-made Islands, a kind of grass rafts.

Villages are at the center of the lake, Hence one hour in local boat to acess to villages of Iake . Then continue to explore  villages and start the visit with jumping cats monastery surrounded by flotting Tomatoe garden in the Nga Phe Chaung village, the tomatos cultivation on the water by boat and see the village “ Kay Lar “ and people way of life on the water .

Then visit, Phaung Taw U pagoda built by king Alaung Si Thu and its holy five Buddhas of this world curved in the scented wood .This pagoda is one of the high pilgrimage sites in Myanmar and its festival is held annually in October.

In late afternoon , visit the very famous silk and lotus flower fabric weaving family , traditional Cheroot manufacturer , local boat carpenter , silver smith work shop and Karen family know as Long neck Karen women . Back to hotel and over night at the hotel.

Day 8 –Indain

After your breakfast, you head toward Inle Lake to explore another part of Inle Lake .Visit the Indain Pagoda.

In dain Pagoda is situated by the Pa O villages called Indain on the hill top of the western bank of Inle Lake .It is historically built by the King ASOKA ,Indian emperor of 4 centaury ,and renovated frequently by successive Bagan Kings and Shan Kings .Trip to the pagoda site is very enjoyable boating on the small ,narrow stream flowing down from the pagoda into the lake .Some part of the boat trip along on the stream passing over the bamboo dams to control the water flow into the lake make the boast trip more fascinating .

The combination of the bamboo forest environment with Pa O people in their traditional costume around the pagoda and ancient pagodas site with over 1000 ruined pagodas reflects real authenticity of nature and unspoiled culture. Start your visit with the local five day Market of Inle lake to see real unchanged typical way of life of mountain people and see their goods and local products .Then you head to Indain pagoda and visit the Pagoda site.After visit, back to Hotel and  over night at hotel.

Day 9- Inle – Yangon

After the breakfast, check out the hotel. Then you head to the airport to take the morning flight for Yangon .Flight time is one hour . You arrive at the airport around 11 am in the morning .You are welcome at the Airport by our Yangon guide and car .

Yangon is the ancient capital of Myanmar from 1885 till 2010 when government officially inaugurated Nay Pyi Taw as a capital .regarding to history, Yangon used to be a small fishing village of Mons and annexed by the Myanmar King in 1775 and named as Yangon meaning ‘The end of wars “   .In 1885, British government established their British Government capital in Yangon and it became Capital of Myanmar.

Actually it is bustling city with high density of population (5 million people) and always active. Yangon China colonial Town with majestic British Government administrative building still stand for the grandeur of Colonial Time.

Start the visit with colonial town first. Starting from “ Maha  Bandula park ‘which is situated at the center of Yangon  Down Town , you walk in the city passing through the Yangon City hall ,High court  , Banks , Myanmar Port Authority  , the First five star Strand hotel ,till the Post Office .That walk  allow you to be in touch with local people and admire the impressive colonial buildings in different architecture.

Then, you rejoin your private car to proceed to China Town. Chinese quarters are situated side by side with the Indians quarters. It is also interesting to discover Myanmar Chinese culture in that quarter .Visit Chinese Buddhist Temple walk up to busy market area.

Then you continue to visit the Scott Market which is the biggest handy craft market in Myanmar and the best place to shop.

After market, lunch at local restaurant and head to Reclining Buddha called Chauk Htet Gyi . Then terminate your visit at the majestic and holiest Shwe Dagon Pagoda being considered as the most beautiful stupa in the world at sunset time exploring the Myanmar Buddhist rituals around the Pagoda .Night at Hotel.

Day 10 – Departure

Up to your flight time, we arrange the city tour for today. Normally you can see the National museum, Gem shop a, White elephants and Kandaw Gyi Lake before you are transferred to international airport.

Our service ends at the international airport.
